Teaching statement

Through this platform, I share practical lessons developed from real industrial experience. My objective is to make mechanical maintenance, hydraulic systems, lubrication, commissioning and troubleshooting easier to understand and apply safely.

I am a mechanical and hydraulic maintenance engineer with more than 15 years of experience in wire rod and bar mills across India, Nigeria and Senegal. Most of that time has been spent on hydraulic, lubrication, grease and air-oil systems: installing pipelines, pickling and flushing them, pressure testing, achieving the specified oil cleanliness, commissioning the systems and then keeping them running through preventive and breakdown maintenance.

The lessons here are built from that daily work — the drawings, the faults, the checks and the decisions taken on shift — explained in plain language and connected back to what actually happens on plant.
